Do my credits expire ?
Yes. The credits associated with a subscription expire at the end of the period (end of month or year). The credits purchased in a One-Time Pack expire 12 months after the purchase date.
No. For the sake of simplicity and transparency, Capston applies the ‘Use it or lose it’ rule. Unused credits are automatically removed after their expiration date.
Yes, you have a 14-day period after purchase to request a prorated refund for unused credits. After that, no refunds are possible.
Simply send an email to support@capston.ai with your account address and the invoice ID. Our team will get back to you within 48 business hours.
The new plan starts immediately. The remaining credits from the old plan retain their original expiration date (end of period for subscriptions; J+365 for packs).
Your dashboard displays in real time:

  • the expiration date.
A reminder email is sent 7 days before the expiration.
