Intro (above the fold)
Not every agency should be allowed to sell AI visibility under the Capston Core method.
The Capston certified partner program is how Capston Core scales execution without diluting the method. Certified partners learn the methodology, use the platform, follow the QA standards, and deliver work that carries the Capston Core attribution.
The program is in early access — applications open.
This page explains what a certified partner does, what they receive, and what they cannot do.
What a certified partner does
A certified partner can:
- Run baselines under Capston Core QA review
- Use the Capston AI Visibility Platform on engagements they own
- Use the Capston scorecards on client deliverables
- Deliver action plans that follow the Capston Core methodology
- Co-brand outputs as “Capston Certified Partner”
- Localise the methodology to their market or vertical
A certified partner cannot:
- Modify the methodology, the prompt rules, or the QA criteria
- Redefine the scoring dimensions
- Issue a Capston Core score without passing QA
- Sublicence certification to a third party
The line is clear. Partners own execution and distribution. Capston Core owns the standard.
What partners learn
The certification curriculum covers what is needed to run AI visibility work to a Capston Core standard.
- Baseline mechanics — how to co-design a prompt set, define a competitor set, schedule captures, document evidence
- Scoring fundamentals — how to read and explain the eight dimensions, where the score does and does not apply
- Diagnosis patterns — how to identify entity gaps, schema gaps, content gaps, source authority gaps, competitor framing, distribution leaks
- Action prioritisation — how to sequence work against gap size and effort
- Verification discipline — how to retest, what counts as movement, what does not
- Evidence practice — how to keep the evidence layer clean, traceable, and audit-ready
- QA standards — what to enforce, what to flag, when to push back on a client request
The curriculum is delivered through a mix of training, supervised engagements, and recurring QA reviews.
Who the program is for
The program is built for agencies and consulting teams that already work with premium brands and want a defensible AI visibility offer.
It is a good fit for:
- Performance and SEO agencies looking to add a credible GEO line
- PR and communications agencies serving premium hospitality and experience brands
- Vertical consultancies (travel, retail, professional services) wanting a structured method
- Internal teams at multi-brand groups who want to operate Capston Core in-house under certification
It is not a fit for teams looking to resell AI content production or one-off prompt reports.
How this fits into Capston Core
Certification is the channel layer of Capston Core. It relies on the Capston Core methodology, the AI visibility scoring system, and the Capston QA standards to deliver consistent work at scale.
