How does the 7-day trial work?▼
You start for free for 7 days with your credit card. No charge before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal.
What happens at the end of the trial?▼
After 7 days, your subscription starts automatically. You will receive a reminder email 24 hours before. If you cancel before, no charge will be made.
Can I switch plans?▼
Yes, at any time from the customer portal. The change takes effect immediately, with a prorated amount calculated automatically.
What is the difference between the agents and the analytics app?▼
The analytics app is your central AI dashboard — it measures your visibility across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini…). The agents are platform-specific tools (WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, Chrome) that act directly in your environment to improve that visibility.
VAT / billing?▼
Prices are displayed excluding taxes. EU VAT is calculated automatically based on your country at checkout. Invoices are available from the customer portal.
What is your refund policy?▼
If you have an issue, contact us within 14 days of your first payment. For annual subscriptions, a prorated refund is available.
Is the WordPress agent included in all plans?▼
The WordPress agent is included in the Advanced plan and in AI-Enterprise. For the Core plan, it is available as an optional add-on (one-time purchase at €99, includes 1 year of updates).
What is the difference between the Core and Advanced plans?▼
The Core plan covers 1 brand, 1 domain, 75 monitored prompts, and up to 2,500 pages/month. The Advanced plan scales to 2 brands, 2 domains, 250 tracked prompts, 10,000 pages/month, and includes the WordPress agent at no extra cost.
Is the Chrome agent really free?▼
Yes, the Chrome agent is free forever. No credit card required. It lets you track your AI mentions in 1 click directly from your browser.
Can I use CapstonAI on Shopify?▼
Yes. The Shopify agent is available at €49/month, billed directly through Shopify Billing. It installs from your Shopify admin in just a few clicks.
Is the AI-Enterprise plan suitable for hotel groups and multi-location chains?▼
Yes. AI-Enterprise is designed for groups with 5+ brands, 10+ domains, custom SLA, and advanced security requirements. A sales representative will help you set up the right configuration based on your portfolio of sites.
