These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern the relationship between BOURBON TECH (trading as "CapstonAI") and any individual or legal entity subscribing to the Service (hereinafter "Client"). By subscribing, the Client accepts these ToS in full without reservation.
BOURBON TECH (trading as "CAPSTON AI") is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a capital of €15,000, registered in Saint-Pierre-de-la-Réunion under no. 943 927 954, with its registered office at 55 Chemin Fernand Collardeau, Ravine des Cabris, 97432 Saint-Pierre, France.
CapstonAI provides AI-powered application analytics and brand visibility solutions. Current pricing effective May 13, 2026:

All prices are displayed excluding VAT (excl. tax / HT). EU VAT is applied at the rate applicable in the Client's country of residence, in accordance with applicable EU regulations. VAT number: FRxx943927954 (to be confirmed).
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, the Client authorises CapstonAI to charge the provided payment method at each billing cycle.
Tier 1 and Tier 2 subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required at sign-up. No charge is made during the trial period. If not cancelled before the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.
The Client may cancel their subscription at any time via the customer portal (app.capston.ai). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period ("cancel at period end"). The Client retains access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
Except during the free trial period, subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced. In exceptional cases (billing error, prolonged service unavailability), refund requests may be submitted to support@capston.ai within 14 days of the charge.
For consumers residing in France, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date of subscription, pursuant to Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, except where the service has been fully performed with the consumer's express prior agreement.
Existing clients who subscribed before the effective date of any price change will retain their current pricing for the duration of their active subscription. Price changes apply exclusively to new subscriptions or renewals occurring after the effective date of the change. CapstonAI will notify existing clients of any upcoming pricing changes at least 30 days in advance.
WordPress AI Agent
Sold as a one-time purchase. Includes 1 year of updates from the date of purchase. Optional annual maintenance plan available at €29/year, covering priority support and continued updates beyond the first year.
Drupal AI Agent

Chrome AI Agent — Free / GDPR
The Chrome AI Agent is provided free of charge. By installing the extension, the user consents to the collection of the following data for the sole purpose of AI brand visibility analysis:
This data is never sold or shared with third parties. The user may uninstall the extension at any time to stop all data collection. Legal basis: legitimate interest (brand monitoring) + consent (opt-in installation). Data retention: maximum 13 months.
In accordance with Article 50 of EU Regulation 2024/1689 (AI Act), CapstonAI ensures that AI-generated content is clearly identified where required, users are informed when interacting with AI systems, and applicable transparency obligations are met for all AI-assisted outputs.
All content, software, databases, and trademarks on the Service are the exclusive property of BOURBON TECH / CapstonAI. Any reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited. The Client retains ownership of all data they submit to the Service.
CapstonAI's aggregate liability is limited to the total amounts paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the claim. CapstonAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate this agreement in the event of a material breach not remedied within 15 days of written notice. Upon termination, Client access ceases at the end of the current billing period. These termination conditions are compliant with French consumer protection law.
These ToS are governed exclusively by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably within 30 days. Failing that, the competent courts of Saint-Denis de la Réunion, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
